I started out writing code, then moved into product and program management. I like work where I can see the problem up close and the numbers move. Here is the short version.

Blinkit

Program Manager, 2026 - Present

My first job after my PGDM at SPJIMR, and my first look at quick commerce from inside a fulfilment centre. Some of what I have done:

• Redesigned how fulfilment centres segregate crates: a scan-based workflow with built-in checks that cut missing crates by 35%.
• Designed the handheld workflow floor staff use for pallet tracking and task allocation, shaped by interviews with the people who actually use it.
• Built a real-time crate visibility dashboard that let warehouse teams clear spillover on their own, taking perfect trips from 65% to 93%.
• Ran on-demand workforce operations for 1200+ people, supporting 70% of the fulfilment centre's output.

Procter & Gamble

Product Management Intern, 2025

A two-month internship in Mumbai during my MBA. I owned a TV media dashboard end to end, and it changed how five category teams planned media:

• Scoped 15+ dashboard features from interviews with 20+ brand and category stakeholders.
• Cut media data access from two weeks to real time, with over INR 1 Cr a year in identified savings.

Oracle

Software Developer, 2021 - 2024

Almost three years on an order management product used by 50+ telecom clients. This is where I learned to care about numbers:

• Moved validation modules to Oracle Cloud and cut processing time by 87.5%.
• Led the legacy-to-web migration, designing 7+ new features and aligning 5+ teams on client-critical decisions.
• Cut product installation time in half with a custom solution that removed the vendor dependency.
• Won the Oracle Spot Award in 2023 for high-impact contributions.
